After the initial interview, I will create your personal workout plan.
Your plan is created with your individual physical abilities in mind.
I provide links to my personal videos so that you can see the proper form for each exercise.
I will alter your plan at anytime when physical issues arise so that you can continue your fitness journey. This is the benefit to unlimited access to me.
Training Options
For most, heading to the gym after work is ideal. I will create a custom meal plan that takes this into account. Your meal just before training is just as important as training.
For others, training at lunch hour is best. While creating your plan, the time restraints will be taken into account so that your training will be maximized in order to get the desired effects.
There are those that training with bands is sufficient. For these clients, I create low impact routines that can easily be done at home.
We will have an extensive discussion before starting your plan. Not only that, but you have unlimited access to me so that I can alter your workout plan exactly when and how you need it.
