Sorry, but the truth is you can't out-train a bad diet!
When most people 'diet', they are actually starving themselves.
When people think of dieting, they think of eating salads or rabbit food. Turns out this makes things so much worse. When you starve yourself of calories and nutrition, your body will shift into "starvation mode" which means that the body intentionally slows down the metabolism and ALL of your calories are stored as fat. It is not uncommon to actually gain weight while doing this.

There are NO SHORTCUTS to losing weight. In other words, you have to be in it for the marathon we call life. After an extensive interview discussing your current supplement regimen, eating habits, likes and dislikes, and food allergies, I will create a nutrition plan that will work for you. Every body is different and there aren't any one-size-fits-all nutrition plans. I will customize a plan that works for you.
Abs are made in the kitchen.
I know that no one wants to hear this, but you don't get abs by doing a bunch of sit-ups and running. You get abs by lowering your bodyfat via nutrition. Haven't you noticed that the skinny boys have abs? They have abs because their bodyfat is low NOT because they are so muscular or active.
